The location is fantastic, and the bed was super comfy after a long day. Checking in was straightforward, which was a relief. The bathrooms could use a deep clean, and some areas felt a bit worn. Still, it's a decent spot for a quick stay.

Super-friendly and affable personnel from another staff member, everything was great. The room was neat and top-notch with the basics, and I slept very well. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were a plus: D

No reason to complain, we appreciated this accommodation and 100% recommend. The restaurant here was excellent for breakfast, we both ordered fresh dishes.

Stoked about the killer local eats nearby! So fresh, with curries at Blvd Indian Restaurant just a stone's throw away, and the fish n' chips at Governors hit the spot. Plus, the convenience of it all is a definite win.
Check-in's at 2 PM but reception's dodgy after 2:30, so we were left waiting like a couple of wallflowers. the shower?

The location was ideal - far enough away from the city centre that it was quiet but close to the shopping centre and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable.
The restaurant was not open for dinner and room service was not available, even though it was the weekend.

Joondalup City Hotel is a fantastic hotel located in a peaceful area, making it convenient for a short walk to the airport and Joondalup Medical Centre. the breakfast features a wonderful selection of delicious meals. the staff were courteous, and the location is excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is pretty new so everything is very nice, new, neat and tidy. The staff were helpful and it is in a central location close to main shopping complex and railway station.

The units have all the essentials you need. Plus, it's great to have central heating, an iron and ironing board, and the convenience of an electronic key card! 🔑.

I had a quick check-in experience at this hotel, and the rooms were both stylish and practical, complete with balconies. the location is great, as it's close to plenty of nice restaurants and the surrounding northern suburbs. 😊.
